This role supports the People Experience team by analyzing HR and payroll data, developing reports and dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy of information within Workday and other related systems. The role collaborates with stakeholders across departments to enhance data-driven decision-making, support compliance efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Power Design’s HR systems.\nPosition Responsibilities\nManage and maintain employee data within Workday, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.\nCreate, update, and validate Workday reports and dashboards to support internal business needs and leadership initiatives.\nCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to troubleshoot data issues, ensure system integration accuracy, and implement process improvements.\nProvide analytical insights and workforce metrics to support strategic decision-making and operational reporting.\nPerform regular audits of HR and payroll data to ensure data integrity, compliance, and completeness.\nSupport implementation of system enhancements, testing, and data migrations as part of Workday optimization projects.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for data processes, reporting standards, and data governance procedures.\nPartner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical data solutions.\nAssist with data security, privacy, and user access management within HR systems.\nDemonstrate Power Design’s core values by maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to quality.\nHere’s What We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field required.\n1+ years of experience working in HR data analytics, HRIS administration, or business intelligence (Workday experience strongly preferred).\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools; experience with Power BI or Tableau a plus.\nExperience with Jira or other project management systems preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.\nDemonstrated commitment to Power Design’s core values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.\nAt Power Design, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
