Apply to Power Design today!\nPosition details/responsibilities….\n3:00pm - 11:00pm schedule\nAssist with receiving inbound materials by unloading trucks, inspecting material, resolving discrepancies, receiving items to purchase orders, labeling boxes, putting pallets away in their designated locations, and moving material to and from various production lines.\nProvide inventory control by inspecting material for conformance to specs, cycle counting to ensure accurate inventory tracking, transferring material between projects, and kitting material to help keep jobsites organized and efficient.\nAssist with shipping processes such as picking items, staging pallets by project, repalletizing to maximize efficiency, inspecting pallets for accurate contents, weighing/ measuring/ wrapping pallets, and loading shipments on carrier vehicles in prioritized order to ensure on-time delivery.\nSafely operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, order pickers, electric pallet jacks, stackers, and scissor lifts at work heights up to 40 feet - equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.\nUse handheld scanners and tablet computers to process tasks, read barcodes, and take photographs for documentation.\nFollow on-screen directions and troubleshoot problems.\nUtilize software such as Microsoft Outlook and Deposco Warehouse Management System (WMS).\nTake pride in maintaining an exceptionally clean and organized warehouse.\nYou will also need to be able to:\nLift up to 49 pounds.\nPush utility carts up to 60 pounds.\nStand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.\nUse carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.\nGo up and down stairs (where applicable).\nWork at a height of up to 40 feet and/or on a mezzanine (where applicable).\nAdhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.\nHere’s what we’re looking for…\nCandidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.\nHigh School, GED, or equivalent diploma required.\nPrior warehouse experience and a forklift certification preferred but not required.\nBasic computer skills necessary, including Microsoft Outlook.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAble to read and interpret part numbers that are often long and complex.\nStrong math skills including counting, addition, subtraction, and multiplication.\nReliable transportation to get to work on time.\nDemonstrate and uphold all of Power Design core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth.\nNon-smoker.\nAt Power Design, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
