We are building that future today.\nA day in the life:\nEach customer contract at Power is accompanied by an internally developed ‘Blueprint’ that outlines the key terms and revenue schedule of said contract. In this role, you will review each ‘Blueprint’ and compare it to the information provided by the different teams and/or signed contract, ensuring start date, deal value, contract length, revenue schedule, services allocations, commissions, etc. are aligned. If any of the information is incorrect, you will update the ‘Blueprint’ accordingly and, if necessary, confirm the correct details with the relevant Salesperson and Account Team. \nResponsibilities:\nReviewing Blueprints as they are deployed, confirming key details and updating Blueprints as necessary\nFollowing-up with team members regarding any Blueprint questions\nFlagging recurring Blueprint issues and repeat offenders to department leadership\nPeriodically reviewing trends of recurring Blueprint issues and proactively ideating solutions to decrease the number of incorrect Blueprints deployed\nStaying organized as certain questions may take time to solve\nEmploy AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes\nUtilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department\nRole Requirements:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nComfort communicating directly with senior team members via Slack, phone, video conference and in-person (if applicable)\nStrong attention to detail and project management skills\nThoroughness - candidate is expected to “leave no stone unturned” in review of contracts and Blueprints\nNaturally inquisitive - candidate is expected to observe trends, identify when information is out of alignment and determine root cause of misalignment\nAbility to work accurately and independently\nAbility to develop action plans and follow through to completion\nEnglish B2-C1-C2\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nMaintain a 100% accuracy of blueprint approvals\nIncreased Blueprint accuracy\nPositive Feedback from existing team members that blueprints are continually increasing in accuracy\nMost Important Things (MITs)\nAttention to detail and organizational skills\nEnsuring correct data is approved in Blueprints\nGrowth Mindset and Positive Attitude\nPower Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
