The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and delving into various marketing technology stacks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn more about marketing automation and CRM logic. Responsibilities include assisting with Marketing Automation Platform setup, migration tasks, collaborating on CRM/MAP clean-up, and providing support for maintaining and elevating the Marketing Automation Platform.\n\nResponsibilities:\nWork directly under one of our marketing operations strategists to support with production and strategy.\nFacilitate Marketing Automation Platform setups (primarily Hubspot) for new and existing clients\nAssist in migrating data from one CRM or ESP to a new Marketing Automation Platform (primarily Hubspot)\nProvide reinforcement for clean-up tasks within Marketing Automation Platforms & CRMs and continue to ensure they operate cleanly and efficiently\nHelp with other tasks like automation setup, list segmentation, custom report setup, and other MAP/CRM optimizations\nContribute ideas during strategy meetings\nAttend regular trainings and cross-channel learning opportunities\nDevelop an understanding of marketing operations and tactics to grow this channel\n\nRole Requirements:\nHave taken marketing-specific courses or had past marketing internships\nInterest in technical marketing systems \nAnalytical and detail-oriented\nHave experience using excel and basic formula functions\nA strong problem-solving mentality\nAn understanding of MAPs/CRMs like Hubspot and/or Pardot/Salesforce, or the willingness to learn prior to the internship start date\nAbility to prioritize and balance multiple tasks\nBenefits & Perks:\nMonthly & quarterly team bonding activities\nFun, savvy, and hard-working team(s)\nFull-remote flexibility\nPower Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
