  • Оценивать и снижать риски, контролировать изменения (ECN/ECR)
  • Искать новые ниши, развивать цифровые/сервисные решения, продвигать продукты на рынке

  • Высшее техническое образование (электротехника, энергетика, электромеханика, автоматизация)
  • Понимание рынка электротехнического оборудования для энергетики (распределительные устройства, трансформаторы, релейная защита, автоматизация)
  • Понимание процессов НИОКР, конструкторской проработки, технологической подготовки производства
  • Опыт запуска новых продуктов/модернизации существующих линеек/вывода устаревших продуктов из портфеля
  • Опыт расчёта себестоимости, формирования ценовой политики, работы с маржинальностью, P&L продуктовой линейки
