Caliber is a privately held LLC with annual revenue greater than 50 million and we proudly serve more than one thousand high performing commercial, industrial and retail locations.\nWith more than forty million square feet of exterior grounds care, emergency response, construction and snow removal, our workforce includes more than one hundred and fifty team members and over one thousand service partners.\nJob Summary\n*This role is dedicated to a large, single site, corporate campus in West Chester county NY.\nCommercial landscape and snow removal experience required\nThe Site Operations Manager provides leadership, direction, oversight and responsibility within a large Fortune 500 corporate campus.\nResponsibilities\nProvide daily, AM site inspections, weather/condition reports and operational plans for service. \nExecute, direct, service delivery. Manage active storms, pre and post storm plan and communicate to all stake holders \nPlow, de-ice, clearing support \nRead, Understand and Implement detailed facilities maintenance Scopes of Work and Service Level Agreements \nFacilitate communications in the field between team members, Caliber Operations Managers, Caliber Service Management Affiliates, client location. \nManage the client; up to and including client Regional Vice Presidents. \nConduct Service Validations \nTrain and guide vendors as required \nProvide guidance and feedback to Caliber Service Management \nMaintains Quality Control Reports \nResolve customer problems by applying resources as necessa \nEngage and entertain the customer as appropriate \nConduct training and presentations concerning scope of work to site personnel and providers \nFoster a positive team environment \nEnsure confidentiality of internal and external data \nPerform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned \nResponsibilities frequently require emergency support, mobilization and extended engagement (weekends/after-hours/holidays);
