The PM will be responsible for project initiation, production/procurement oversight, budget control, schedule control, and project closeout.\nMinimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills)\nBS in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar AND 4+ years of experience in the respective industry. Alternatively, a High School Diploma with 8+ years of experience in construction or energy industries will be considered.\nAbility to read and communicate in English.\nExperience working with General Contractors and subcontractors.\nExperience supervising Construction Managers, Subcontractors, and Internal Resources.\nCAPM or PMP certification preferred but not required.\nProficiency in using computers and standard office software.\nAbility to read and interpret construction documents.\nMust be punctual, organized, and professional.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nKnowledge of project management, construction processes, schedule development, and budget management.\nAbility to identify and manage priorities with urgency while maintaining high quality and customer service.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nMaintain safe and healthy work sites by following company standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements.\nCoordinate and lead Initial Project Meetings (IPM).\nResponsible for contract review, sales pricing assessment, budget development, project schedule creation, and implementation plan.\nFacilitate Production/Procurement Release for manufacturing.\nCoordinate and lead project meetings with customers, utilities, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.\nProficiently understand all aspects of the project and adequately manage the installation.\nProperly coordinate with respective parties for timely execution of the project schedule.\nCommunicate effectively with Senior Staff to ensure each project is installed safely, timely, and on budget.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds.\nTravel required (50%+); must be willing and able to drive a company vehicle and/or fly commercially if necessary.\nMust be able to stand or walk for 3-4 hours at a time.\nExposure to sitting for extended periods.\nExposure to weather in varying climates.\nExposure to varying noise intensity levels.\nExposure to energized electrical equipment.\nExposure to overhead hazards (crane & rigging).\nExposure to heavy machinery.\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
