Manages multiple work centers and manufacturing disciplines, monitoring performance and reinforcing operational discipline. Leads manufacturing-driven projects and cross-functional initiatives based on data analysis and customer feedback. Develops personnel to meet production forecasts and performance expectations. Ensures compliance with Methods of Manufacture (MoMs) and Manufacturing Assembly Instructions (MAIs) and partners with production leadership to identify cost-saving and continuous improvement opportunities.\nMinimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills):\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
