We want someone who can build internal tools that make a serious team move faster.\nWhat you'll do\nExecute the product roadmap for internal tooling and member experience portals for Powertown\n\nDesign the hidden logic that makes the product feel simple\n\nCreate systems that make information easier to find, trust, and act on\n\nOwn the feature space for Powertown’s site prospecting process\n\nPreferred majors\nComputer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a similarly rigorous technical field.\nIdeal candidate\nYou are a product-minded builder with real engineering depth and strong UI/UX intuition\n\nYou can sit with an ambiguous problem, reduce it to its core, and build the first version before most people finish debating the requirements\n\nYou have taste. You know when a workflow is clunky. You know when a data model will age badly.
