Key Responsibilities:\nIdentify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share across key regions.\nTake full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure to ensure financial targets are met.\nProactively manage and expand relationships with clients and distributors to generate consistent revenue streams.\nMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.\nRepresent PowerUP at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.\nRequirements:\n3-5 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales.\nExperience working in the green energy sector is required, specifically with technologies such as batteries, hydrogen, wind turbines, or solar panels.\nProven track record of successfully making revenue and closing significant deals.\nProficiency in a Nordic language is required, with a strong preference for Swedish.\nGenuine curiosity about hydrogen innovations and green technology, with a passion for sustainable energy solutions.\nResult-driven mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.\nWillingness to travel occasionally or relocate to Tallinn, Estonia \nPlease include a motivation letter highlighting your experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this role.
