organisational performance and ensure timely corrective action where required.\nQualifications and Experience\nApplicants should meet the following requirements:\nA bachelor’s degree in Education, Medical and Health Sciences, Business Administration, Management or another relevant field from a recognised institution.\nA master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.\nA valid TVETA Trainer/Instructor Licence is mandatory.\nRecognised Pedagogy Certification is mandatory.\nStrong senior management and leadership experience.\nDemonstrated management experience within the TVET, education or training sector.\nProven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operations.\nA demonstrated track record in organisational growth and performance improvement.\nStrong understanding of TVET quality assurance, regulatory compliance and institutional governance.\nStrong strategic planning, performance management and people-management capabilities.\nSound financial, operational and resource-management skills.\nExcellent communication, analytical, stakeholder-engagement and decision-making skills.\nKey Competencies\nThe ideal candidate should demonstrate strategic leadership, general management, performance management, operational excellence, people leadership, quality and regulatory compliance, resource management,
