C1\nWymagania\nMinimum 5 lat praktycznego doświadczenia w Salesforce Development, w tym pracy z Salesforce Service Cloud.\n\nBardzo dobra znajomość Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) oraz Salesforce Flow.\n\nPraktyczna znajomość Service Cloud, w szczególności Case Management, Service Console i automatyzacji obsługi klienta.\n\nDoświadczenie w integracjach Salesforce z systemami zewnętrznymi.\n\nUmiejętność samodzielnej analizy wymagań i proponowania rozwiązań technicznych.\n\nDobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i doświadczenie we współpracy z zespołami biznesowymi oraz technicznymi.\n\nZnajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum C1.\n\nMile widziane:\nDoświadczenie z Omni-Channel, Salesforce Knowledge i procesami SLA.\n\nZnajomość REST/SOAP API, Platform Events i Change Data Capture.\n\nDoświadczenie z integracjami SAP lub platformami middleware, np.
