Do\nAs a Maintenance Technician, you will:\nPerform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on production equipment\nTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system issues with urgency and accuracy\nEnsure all repairs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards\nUtilize CMMS (maintenance software) to track work orders, time, and materials\nMaintain and inspect tools and equipment at the start and end of each shift\nCommunicate effectively with team members across shifts to ensure continuity\nSupport food safety, GMP, and quality programs\nKeep equipment clean and in optimal working condition\nContribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives\nAssist in other departments or tasks as needed\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPrevious maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred\nAbility to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nMechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools (micrometers, tape measures, etc.)\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentation\nStrong communication skills and team mindset\nFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nPerformance Expectations\nCommitment to a Zero Safety Incident culture\nAdherence to GMP, food safety, and quality standards\nTimely and accurate completion of
