You will work closely with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, and support plant operations.\n2+ years of manufacturing maintenance, electrical troubleshooting through 480V, hydraulics/pneumatics, and schematics is required\nWhat You’ll Do\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment\nDiagnose electrical systems including 24V DC, 120V, 240V, and 480V\nRepair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems\nMaintain bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, conveyors, motors, and other production equipment\nPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance\nAdjust and calibrate machinery to improve performance and minimize downtime\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals\nUse electrical testing equipment, diagnostic tools, and precision measuring instruments\nAssist with troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and ladder logic\nPerform basic welding and fabrication as needed\nComplete and update maintenance work orders using the CMMS system\nSupport plant startup and shutdown procedures\nSafely operate forklifts, man lifts, and other powered industrial equipment\nFollow all company safety, quality, and regulatory requirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience\nHands-on experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment\nWorking knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics\nAbility to troubleshoot industrial electrical systems up to 480V\nAbility to read electrical schematics and technical drawings\nBasic computer skills and experience using a CMMS or maintenance work-order system\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nPLC troubleshooting experience is preferred but not required\nTechnical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical technology is preferred\nPhysical & Schedule Requirements\nMust be able to flex between shifts as needed for training and operational support\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to work safely around manufacturing equipment\nMust wear required PPE, including safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, and other task-specific PPE\nTraining\nNew employees receive hands-on
