If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a QA/QC Technician Lead, you will play a key role in supporting our quality systems and helping maintain the highest standards of product safety and compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards\nConduct audits, inspections, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process\nInvestigate and document non-conforming materials and assist with root cause analysis\nPerform laboratory testing, including heat seal testing, retained solvent testing, COF testing, barcode verification, and other quality evaluations\nGenerate Certificates of Analysis and maintain quality records\nTrain and support production employees on quality procedures and testing methods\nAssist with corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives\nProcess customer returns and support rework activities when needed\nMaintain quality hold areas, retain samples, supplier documentation, and laboratory equipment\nPartner with production teams to identify opportunities for improvement and reduce quality-related costs\nPromote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability throughout the facility\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent problem-solving and organizational skills\nEffective communication and leadership abilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools\nEnglish required;
