Responsibilities:\nERP Support & User Assistance\nProvide day-to-day functional support to ERP system users.\nTroubleshoot system issues and assist users in resolving process-related questions.\nDeliver training to new users and provide ongoing guidance on established procedures and best practices.\nAssist with maintaining user access and security permissions.\nWork with ERP vendors and internal IT staff to investigate and resolve system issues.\nSupport ERP upgrades, testing activities, and system enhancements.\nBusiness Process and Continuous Improvement\nAssist in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and system utilization.\nMonitor system transactions and data accuracy and communicate identified issues to appropriate stakeholders.\nSupport efforts to standardize processes across company locations.\nDocument business processes and recommend improvements when appropriate.\nParticipate in continuous improvement projects related to business systems and operational efficiency.\nReporting & Documentation\nAssist in the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards.\nSupport the development and maintenance of user guides, training materials, and process documentation.\nEnsure documentation remains current and follows established revision practices.\nCollaborate with IT team members on reporting and data analysis requests.\nERP Implementation & Upgrade Support\nDuring ERP implementations, upgrades, or major projects, the Systems Analyst may:\nParticipate in project meetings, discovery sessions, and status updates.\nAssist with system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation activities.\nSupport data conversion and data validation efforts.\nAssist with end-user training and operational readiness activities.\nHelp ensure process documentation and training materials are updated prior to system go-live.\nProvide on-site support during implementations as needed\nKey Competencies\nStrong role.\nExperience supporting business applications or ERP systems.\nBasic knowledge of databases, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.\nRequired Skills\nUnderstanding of business processes within manufacturing, distribution, or administrative environments.\nExperience with ERP systems and business software applications.\nBasic SQL, querying, reporting, or data analysis skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to create and maintain process and training documentation.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer support skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with EFI Radius Packaging Suite.\nExperience with Crystal Reports, QlikView, or other reporting and business intelligence tools.\nExposure to project coordination or system implementation activities.\nExperience in a manufacturing or flexible packaging
