with regulations\nSupports the recruitment process, starting with liaising with the Departments under their responsibility to identify staffing needs, drafting job descriptions and participating in interviews\nCollects, records and updates employee data in HR systems and prepares relevant reports\nCollaborates closely with organizational units to support and resolve daily Human Resources matters\nMonitors the progress of projects and initiatives of the Production Human Resources Department and ensures the organization, updating, and archiving of its physical and electronic files\nBachelor’s degree from a University in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Social or Humanities Sciences\nMaster’s degree in HR Management, Business/Data Analytics or a related field will be considered an additional qualification\nUp to two (2) years of relevant experience in supporting Human Resources processes and/or recruitment and/or personnel management and/or other related administrative duties\nKnowledge of HRMS/HRIS information systems will be considered an additional qualification\nKnowledge of Power BI will be considered an additional qualification\nExcellent knowledge of the English language\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet\nAvailability in case of emergency (upon phone
