product or service and creates customer journeys for each customer type (personas)\nEvaluates and monitors commercial objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), assesses sales targets based on the target audience, channel dynamics, product competitiveness and market conditions and recommends enhancement actions where required\nIdentifies the unique value and market positioning of the product or service and designs and implements Go-to-Market activities for the commercial launch\nCoordinates the working teams for commercial launch and collaborates with the relevant teams, such as Sales, Product Development and Customer Service, to align activities\nCreates training materials for the channels, as well as sales scripts that highlight the strengths of the product or service\nMonitors continuously the market and competitors and provides feedback and post-launch reviews of Go-to-Market activities\nIdentifies new sales channels with the aim of reaching the ideal customer at the most relevant stage of their customer journey (moment of truth) and collaborates with the Sales teams to develop and implement new channels and roles\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Applied or Technological Sciences, Economics or Business Administration\nMaster’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field will be considered an additional qualification\nAt least two (2) years of relevant experience in Category Manager or Trade Marketing roles\nGood knowledge of the English language\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet\nAvailability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)\nAvailability for urgent geographical
