You will cover the Yucatán region, including Cancún and Playa del Carmen, Mexico.\nIn addition to benefits required by law, we offer an annual bonus, major medical insurance, life insurance, savings fund, and other wellness and development programs that help our employees excel.\nMain Responsibilities.\nSupport Senior and Expert Technical Advisors in the management and resolution of customer claims.\nCoordinate the implementation of product portfolio training plans with content creation, communications, programs, and channel teams to reach diverse audiences.\nContribute to projects in collaboration with commercial teams by supporting integrated technical and commercial service proposals that create value for Retail, B2B, and VDT customers.\nPartner with marketing and commercial teams to deploy programs that ensure the communication of organizational priorities.\nSupport compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and help implement new processes.\nPromote the use of digital tools and new technologies across the dealer network.\nCollaborate with operations teams to coordinate scheduling, inspections, calibrations, and licensing activities related to technical and inspection resources.\nSupport the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training facilities, classrooms, spray booths, and other spaces within the PPG Comex Training Center.\nQualifications.\nBachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.\n1+ years of experience in coatings, paints, or related industries desirable.\nAvailability to travel within the Yucatán region, including Cancún and Playa del Carmen.\nIntermediate English proficiency (A2 level or equivalent).\nAbout us:\nPPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD ®\nThrough leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
