You will work onsite in Cleveland, OH and you will report to the Operations Manager.\nMain responsibilities:\nOwn process quality and process incident investigation and ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions are established.\nManage a team of ~20-25 headcount across 24/7 shifts: Engineers (~8 HC), a small lab (~4 HC), and a scheduling team (~11 HC).\nDeliver year over year improvements in non-conforming product and formula/specification optimization\nWork with technical, process engineering team, and production team to match output to standards.
