Auxiliar Administrativo

Garantizar el pago de los Embarques de las Plantas en apego a los Procesos y Políticas de PPG, asegurando su Registro Contable que facilite el Análisis de la información hacia la toma de decisiones. Asimismo otorgar un servicio eficiente de atención todos los proveedores transporte asi como clientes internos usuarios de la información que administra.

Actividades

• Recibir y validar las evidencias físicas de los embarques, garantizando que las operaciones son procedentes
• Asegurar que todos los pagos realizados a las Líneas de Transporte, cuentan con las aprobaciones de acuerdo a la matriz de aprobación y al tarifario autorizado por Compras
• Gestionar la autorización de los ID en OTM, asegurando que las Líneas de Transporte podrán finalizar con éxito su proceso de pago.
• Brindar soporte a las Líneas de Transporte para que puedan recibir el pago de sus facturas de acuerdo a los días de crédito
• Resguardar la documentación correspondiente a los embarques que se pagan a los proveedores
• Recopilar las evidencias solicitadas por auditores internos o externos
• Dar seguimiento a los pedidos de clientes y mantener comunicación con los mismos sobre su estatus, ser enlace entre áreas CDS y cliente

Experiencia.

• +1 año de experiencia
• Manejo de Excel intermedio
• Conocimiento del proceso de liberación y pago de embarques.
• Manejo de cartera y atención a proveedores.
