Reporting directly to the Benefits Service Center Team Lead, you will work from our Pittsburgh, PA headquarters.\nPPG offers excellent Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits; matching 401k+ retirement savings; and Paid Vacation, Holiday pay.\nMain Responsibilities:\nSupport all benefit inquiries from participants with an important focus on delivering exceptional employee experience\nGuide concerns or inquiries between employees/retirees and vendors\nSupport the US Benefits Service Center by documenting inquiries and resolutions within the case management system and responding to email requests\nPerform multiple administrative tasks including the distribution of materials, enrollment administration, data integrity reconciliation and report processing\nHandle the enrollment processes for all participants including guiding with selections and educating on any changes\nBe the point of contact for the vendor team managing the incoming calls\nHelp maintain company compliance with ERISA, COBRA and HIPAA; and any other department projects.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business required\nExperience working with computer systems such as Microsoft and Workday.\n0-2 years of professional experience in Human Resources or Benefits Administrations preferred; internship experience will be accepted in lieu of full-time experience\nHow we work: At PPG, we bring teams together to accelerate collaboration and career development, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays.
