In this role you will be responsible for project management for projects valued from thousands to millions of dollars. You will directly manage vendors and contractors, plan and execute the totality of the project, direct workflow reviews as needed, and coordinate construction and equipment installation.\nThis is a hybrid position that involves working onsite in Mojave, CA 4 days per week, 1 day WFH when not traveling. You will report to the Global Project Director, Aerospace Materials. \nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage industrial construction projects from inception to completion.\nDevelop project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.\nOversee project budgeting, estimating, and purchasing activities to ensure cost-effective operations.\nCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.\nImplement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for project management.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage complex multiple facet projects along with managing multiple million-dollar projects.\nManage client relationships and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.\nHandle change orders and document control, ensuring accurate records are maintained.\nPrepare and review submittals, shop drawings, and project closeout documentation.\nMust be able to communication to various levels of management.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Construction, or Manufacturing Engineering required.\n5+ years' experience in Project Management within chemical, aerospace, industrial commercial construction.\nAbility and willingness to travel to multiple manufacturing sites within the US and potentially overseas, up to 25%.\nIn-depth understanding of budgeting, estimating and project control methodologies.\nFamiliarity with design / build process, commercial / industrial construction standards and or Front End Engineering process (FEL 0-3 stages).\nProficient in project management software.\nAbility to interpret blueprints and schematics.\nOnly U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.\nThe base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $165,000, with a possibility of an annual bonus up to 10% of base salary.
