You will help transform complex data into applicable insights that help increase products, operations, and our performance. You will report to Cost Risk Manager.\nKey Responsibilities\nYou will maintain cost data within Oracle ERP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing cost structures.\nYou will develop Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into costs, manufacturing expenses, profitability, pricing changes, and important business indicators.\nYou will analyze manufacturing cost performance, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations that support operational decisions.\nYou will create cost simulations and financial models to evaluate the impact of changes in raw material prices, packaging costs, manufacturing expenses, and exchange rates.\nYou will consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to produce Indicators, profitability metrics, and business insights that support projects.\nYou will partner with other teams to evaluate product costs, new product developments, optimization projects, and specification changes.\nYou will identify market trends, supply risks, and cost-saving opportunities through the analysis of raw material and packaging purchases.\nYou will help establish standards of data quality, governance, and reporting consistency across cost and profitability analyses.\nYou will translate complex datasets into executive-level recommendations that influence profitability and performance.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Data Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial cost analysis.\nExperience in Business Intelligence and profitability analysis.\nExperience developing executive dashboards and automated reporting solutions.\nExperience with data modeling, financial analysis, and performance analytics.\nTechnical skills: \nPower BI\nExcel (can perform complex functions) \nCost Analysis / Manufacturing Costing\nData Modeling & Analytics\nOracle ERP\nDAX \nPower Query \nBenefits like vacation, life insurance, health insurance, retirement/pension plans, will be discussed in the interview process.
