La posición contribuye al fortalecimiento de la experiencia del cliente mediante la coordinación efectiva con equipos internos, el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales y la ejecución precisa de las transacciones en los sistemas corporativos.\nResponsabilidades Principales\nGestionar el registro, procesamiento y seguimiento de pedidos de venta para clientes internacionales, asociados y operaciones de triangulación de las diferentes unidades de negocio (SBU) de la Región Andina.\nGarantizar la trazabilidad y atención oportuna de los requerimientos de los clientes, asegurando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales y los estándares de servicio definidos por la compañía.\nAtender consultas relacionadas con disponibilidad de inventario, estado de pedidos y tiempos de entrega, coordinando soluciones efectivas con las áreas involucradas.\nMonitorear indicadores clave de gestión asociados a pedidos internacionales, incluyendo reserva, despacho y entrega, asegurando el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio establecidos.\nProporcionar información actualizada sobre disponibilidad de productos a clientes, asociados y equipos comerciales, con base en los pronósticos de demanda (Forecast) y planes de abastecimiento.\nGestionar de manera efectiva los canales de comunicación corporativos, garantizando una experiencia de atención ágil, profesional y orientada al cliente.\nElaborar y consolidar reportes de seguimiento (Tracking Reports) de despachos internacionales y exportaciones para clientes, asociados y áreas comerciales.\nCoordinar con los equipos de Planeación y Supply Chain la asignación y distribución de inventario para mercados internacionales, alineando la disponibilidad con la demanda proyectada.\nPresentar indicadores, análisis y resultados de gestión a la dirección de Servicio al Cliente, contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones y a la mejora continua de los procesos.\nParticipar activamente en iniciativas de optimización, digitalización y mejora continua orientadas a fortalecer la experiencia del cliente y la eficiencia operativa.\nRequisitos\nFormación Académica\nProfesional en Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Mercadeo, Comercio Exterior, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.\nExperiencia\nMínimo un (1) año de experiencia en servicio al cliente internacional, gestión de pedidos de exportación, customer service, comercio exterior o procesos relacionados con atención de clientes regionales y globales.\nConocimientos Técnicos\nGestión de Servicio al Cliente Internacional.\nProcesamiento y seguimiento de órdenes de venta (Order Management).\nComercio exterior y logística internacional.\nSeguimiento de exportaciones y documentación asociada.\nConocimientos en procesos aduaneros y trazabilidad logística.\nManejo de ERP (SAP deseable).\nPower BI intermedio o avanzado.\nMicrosoft Excel intermedio o avanzado.\nHerramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas a productividad y análisis.\nGestión y análisis de KPIs de servicio.\nCompetencias Clave\nInglés intermedio a avanzado.\nComunicación efectiva y relacionamiento con equipos multiculturales.\nOrientación al cliente.\nCapacidad analítica y resolución de problemas.\nGestión de prioridades y sentido de urgencia.\nAtención al detalle.\nPresentación ejecutiva de resultados e indicadores.\nColaboración e influencia en entornos regionales y globales.\nMentalidad de mejora continua y excelencia operacional.}\nLo que hará exitoso a este rol\nDesarrollar relaciones de confianza con clientes y stakeholders regionales.\nGarantizar una gestión precisa y ágil del ciclo completo de pedidos internacionales.\nUtilizar datos e indicadores para impulsar decisiones y mejoras en el servicio.\nColaborar efectivamente con equipos de Supply Chain, Planeación, Ventas y Logística en diferentes geografías.\nHow we work: At PPG, we bring teams together to accelerate collaboration and career development, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays.
