Do you thrive in an international environment where you can influence business performance through data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder collaboration?\nWe are looking for an EMEA Pricing Manager (m/f/d) to lead our regional pricing organization, drive strategic pricing initiatives, and build a best-in-class pricing function that supports sustainable growth and profitability.\nKey Responsibilities\nPricing Strategy & Margin Management\nDevelop and implement pricing policies and strategies that support business objectives and profitable growth.\nLead regional price increase initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and stakeholder alignment.\nDrive margin improvement through pricing governance, segmentation strategies, and commercial decision support.\nPricing Operations & Governance\nOversee all pricing operations, including price lists, quotations, approvals, rebates, and pricing controls.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, approval matrices, audit requirements, and pricing governance standards.\nAct as the escalation point for complex pricing issues and operational challenges.\nBusiness Analytics & Process Improvement\nAnalyze pricing and sales data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.\nDevelop and maintain pricing dashboards, reporting tools, and data management processes.\nDrive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across pricing processes.\nLeadership & Team Management\nLead, coach, and develop a team of 15-20 Pricing Specialists across EMEA, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.\nManage resource allocation, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.\nEnsure effective delivery of pricing services while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to align pricing strategies and execution.\nSupport contract negotiations, tenders, and key commercial decisions through pricing expertise.\nYour Profile\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Management, Shared Services, Customer Operations, or a related business function.\nMinimum 5 years of people management experience, including leading and developing larger teams.\nStrong experience in pricing governance, process management, and continuous improvement.\nProven track record managing cross-functional projects and senior stakeholder relationships in a complex international environment.\nExperience with ERP systems, pricing tools, business intelligence platforms, and data analytics.
