This role leads initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, eliminating waste, and developing organizational capabilities to enhance safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nContinuous Improvement & Lean Deployment\nSupport and sustain the site Continuous Improvement roadmap and initiatives.\nFacilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities, and process improvement workshops.\nIdentify, prioritize, and lead waste reduction (MUDA) and process optimization projects.\nApply Lean Manufacturing tools and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve operational performance.\nSupport the standardization and continuous improvement of manufacturing and administrative processes.\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of the organization.\nOperational Excellence\nDevelop, monitor, and analyze operational KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.\nSupport the plant in achieving operational and business performance targets.\nPartner with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Maintenance teams to deliver cross-functional improvement initiatives.\nAnalyze operational data and trends to identify opportunities for performance improvements and cost reduction.\nDrive sustainable improvements through performance reviews and corrective action plans.\nChange Management & Capability Building\nTrain, coach, and support supervisors, team leaders, and employees on Lean methodologies and Continuous Improvement tools.\nFoster a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence.\nSupport organizational and cultural transformation initiatives.\nFacilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen Lean capabilities across the site.\nProject Management\nLead and coordinate improvement projects from business case development through implementation and sustainability verification.\nDefine project objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and expected benefits.\nMonitor project progress and ensure achievement of targeted results.\nSustain improvements through audits, follow-up activities, and continuous performance monitoring.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nOEE improvement.\nProductivity improvement.\nManufacturing cost reduction.\nReduction of process waste and scrap.\nLead time reduction.\nInventory reduction.\nOn-Time Delivery improvement.\nNumber and impact of Continuous Improvement projects completed.\nEmployee engagement and participation in Continuous Improvement initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Management Engineering, or equivalent.\n3-5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, or similar roles.\nPrevious experience within a manufacturing environment; experience in process industries is considered a plus.\nFluent English (B2/C1 level).\nTechnical Skills\nLean Manufacturing.\nSix Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).\nKaizen Facilitation.\nValue Stream Mapping (VSM).\nRoot Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone/Ishikawa).\nPDCA methodology.\nA3 Problem Solving.\nSMED.\n5S.\nTotal Productive Maintenance (TPM).\nVisual Management.\nStatistical analysis and performance data interpretation.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills;
