This role partners with procurement, transportation, operations, finance, and suppliers to analyze spend, identify savings opportunities, improve service performance, and support data-driven decision-making across air, ocean, parcel, and related logistics categories.\nLocation: Wrocław, Curie-Skłodowskiej 12\nWork model: Hybrid (Office-Based Monday-Thursday, Flexible Fridays)\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze freight, logistics, and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, service trends, and sourcing risks.\nSupport sourcing events, bid analysis, rate benchmarking, and supplier selection for logistics-related categories.\nMonitor carrier and supplier performance against service, cost, quality, and compliance expectations.\nPrepare reporting and dashboards on spend, savings, contract utilization, service levels, and supplier performance.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into procurement and logistics recommendations.\nReview contracts, pricing structures, and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation.\nAssist in bid preparation and communications.\nAssist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and ongoing performance reviews.\nSupport forecasting, budget planning, and procurement analytics for transportation and logistics spend.\nHelp maintain procurement data accuracy, reporting integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external requirements.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives that streamline logistics processes and improve reliability and efficiency.\nMaintain rates in Oracle Transportation Management.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field.\nExperience in procurement, logistics, transportation, supply chain analytics, or a related field.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.\nProficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools, ERP systems, transportation management systems, or procurement platforms.\nUnderstanding of sourcing, supplier management, transportation operations, and basic contract principles.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.\nHigh attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting freight categories such as ground, air, ocean, parcel, warehousing, or related logistics services.\nKnowledge of supplier scorecards, cost models, and freight or transportation performance metrics.\nExperience with strategic sourcing, RFP analysis, or contract support.\nFamiliarity with continuous improvement methodologies and process mapping.\nExperience working with global or multi-regional logistics networks.\nHow we work: At PPG, we bring teams together to accelerate collaboration and career development, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays.
