Join us in advancing aerospace technology through your expertise and commitment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide engineering and technical support for the maintenance team\nPartner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production to improve equipment reliability, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)\nManage and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs, including PM schedules, procedures, work instructions, and maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime\nDevelop and present data, recommendations, and improvement plans\nDevelop preventive maintenance schedules and programs to minimize unplanned downtime and reduce maintenance costs\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance effectiveness\nEnsure all projects meet engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for risk assessment, safety, and quality\nChampion safety culture, housekeeping, and adherence to all plant procedures\nQualifications\nOnly US Citizens, Green Card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical discipline\nMaster’s degree preferred\n5+ years of engineering, maintenance, or project management experience in a manufacturing environment\nProficiency in using maintenance management software, data analysis tools, and predictive maintenance technologies\nAbility to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams\nPay Transparency:\nThe base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000, with a possibility of an annual bonus up to 7% of base salary.
