# Maintenance Manager

As the Maintenance Manager, you will create a safe work environment for employees while maintaining the reliability of the plant equipment and facilities through systemic preventative/corrective maintenance, problem solving, and correcting unplanned breakdowns. You will supervise the maintenance workforce and provide coaching for their growth and improvement. You will be located at PPG's Strongsville, Ohio plant, and report to the Plant Manager.
