This is a hybrid position based in Querétaro, Mexico.\nMain Responsibilities.\nProcess employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, status changes, leaves of absence, separations, and other personnel updates through the Workday Human Capital Management platform.\nSupport compensation-related processes by administering promotions, demotions, salary adjustments, wage changes, and other compensation transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.\nBuild employee documentation and system information, ensuring both approvals and supporting documents are correct.\nProvide support regarding HR policies, procedures, data processing activities, and HR service requests, resolving issues and answer employee inquiries.\nMaintain electronic and physical employee files observing company policies, legal requirements, and record-keeping standards.\nEnsure the quality and integrity of HR data by reviewing transactions, identifying inconsistencies, and supporting process improvements within HR operations.\nQualifications.\n1+ years of experience in customer service, HR administration, HR operations, shared services, or data management roles.\nFull professional proficiency in English.\nCustomer service orientation.\nKnowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is desirable.\nHow we work: At PPG, we bring teams together to accelerate collaboration and career development, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays.
