# Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for solvent-based coatings. This role translates product and technology requirements into scalable manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, cost control, process safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsabilities: Lead the implementation, scale-up, and optimization of manufacturing processes for new, modified, and transferred products. Evaluate product requirements and manufacturing capabilities to determine process feasibility and define production strategies. Develop, maintain, and optimize manufacturing recipes, process routes, standard quantities, and operating parameters within Oracle Process Engineering. Translate laboratory and technology requirements into safe, efficient, and repeatable production processes. Partner with Production, Quality, Technology, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product launches and process changes.
