This role reports to the Purchasing and Logistics Manager.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and maintain rolling production schedules (e.g., 12-16 weeks).\n\nTranslate sales forecasts and firm customer orders into finite-capacity schedules.\n\nAnalyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and run \"what-if\" scenarios.\n\nBalance loads and set precise production time fences to maximize resource utilization.\n\nPartner with Procurement for material availability, Production for scheduling feasibility, and Sales to provide accurate delivery lead times.\n\nMonitor and improve critical supply chain metrics, such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), schedule adherence, and capacity utilization.\n\nAdjust schedules in response to unforeseen events (e.g., material delays, equipment breakdowns) and develop proactive recovery plans.\n\nEnsure high data integrity and hygiene within enterprise planning systems (Bills of Materials, lead times, planning parameters).\n\nQualifications\nOnly US Citizens, Green card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply.\n\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration is strongly .\n\n3+ years of experience in production planning, materials control, or scheduling within a manufacturing or engineering environment.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Advanced Excel are mandatory\n\nProfessional credentials from industry bodies, such as ASCM/APICS, are highly desirable.\n\nThe base salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000, with a possibility of an annual bonus up to 10% of base salary.
