Roles & Responsibility Assist Production Supervisor to develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory requirements. Work closely with the planning team to develop a consolidated forecast, demand plan and production schedules. Monitor production output and adjust schedules as needed to optimize productivity and efficiency. Production Operations Management Oversee the entire production process during the assigned shift, ensuring efficient and effective operations across all stages, including Cleaning, Roasting, Flavoring, and Packing. Supervise all activities at the workplace, report deficiencies, resolve any operational issues, and ensure adherence to established profiles and quality standards. Coordinate and direct the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and goals. Ensure that green and roasted coffee are correctly rotated and routed through the team efficiently. Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and timely production.
