# Quality Systems Coordinator

As a Quality Systems Coordinator you will ensure the effectiveness of PPG Mexico’s Quality Management System by driving continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining quality certifications and ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and business requirements across manufacturing, laboratory, and distribution operations. Responsabilities Monitor and update customer portals and scorecards, implementing action plans when necessary. Maintain follow-up and communication of PPG suppliers’ internal performance scores. Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, including auditor training and follow-up of findings and nonconformities. Develop and deploy QMS training programs throughout the organization. Oversee the implementation and update of tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, and Risk and Opportunity Management. Promote the company’s values, as well as ethics and integrity in all activities performed. Oversee the Layered Process Audit program, including training and follow-up of action plans.
