You will work closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to support the execution of supply plans.\nYou will report to Planning Supervisor\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor material requirements and support the timely supply of materials for production.\nFollow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve routine supply issues.\nAssist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels while helping minimize excess and obsolete materials.\nTrack approximately 600 SKUs and support inventory analysis activities.\nCoordinate with suppliers and logistics providers regarding deliveries and transportation schedules.\nHelp identify potential supply risks and escalate issues when necessary.\nMaintain planning parameters and material data in ERP systems.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and material planning.\nMonitor safety stock levels and report potential shortages.\nEnsure material availability to support production schedules and customer orders.\nSupport import and export activities by following up on required documentation.\nCoordinate with customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams for material shipments.\nTrack shipments from origin to destination and provide status updates to stakeholders.\nAssist in creating and communicating material forecasts and supply plans to suppliers and internal customers.\nPrepare reports and analyze planning data using Excel and ERP systems.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.\n 3+ years of experience in Material Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Procurement, or Logistics.\nExperience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar).\nIntermediate to Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis).\nBasic knowledge of inventory management and supply planning concepts.\nFluent English\n#LI-Onsite\n\nAbout us:\nPPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD ®\nThrough leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
