Over de functie

Als stagiair binnen het Sigma Service Center in Den Haag draai je volledig mee in een dynamische, klantgerichte omgeving waar professionals uit de schildersbranche dagelijks advies, producten en ondersteuning komen ophalen. Tijdens deze stage ontwikkel je sterke commerciële vaardigheden, leer je hoe je klanten op een professionele manier te woord staat en krijg je een goed beeld van hoe een servicegericht verkooppunt binnen een internationale organisatie opereert.

Wat ga je doen?

• Klanten ontvangen, te woord staan en helpen bij het vinden van de juiste producten en oplossingen.

• Commerciële kansen signaleren en leren hoe je deze omzet in concreet advies of verkoop.

• Ondersteunen bij het op orde houden van de winkel, presentaties en voorraadbeheer.

• Meekijken met orderverwerking, offertes en administratieve taken.

• Leren werken met productinformatie en technische kennis binnen de coatings- en materialenbranche.

• Bijdragen aan lokale marketing- en promotieactiviteiten binnen het Service Center.

Wat neem je mee?

• Je volgt een mbo-opleiding in de richting van commercie, retail, business, marketing of een vergelijkbare studie.

• Je bent klantgericht, representatief en communicatief sterk.

• Je bent leergierig, steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en vindt het leuk om klanten te helpen.

• Interesse in verf, coatings of de bouw-/afwerkingsbranche is een pré, maar geen vereiste.
