Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la performance industrielle du site, dans le respect strict des règles Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement.\nPrincipales responsabilités\nRéaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive, curative et améliorative sur les équipements de production (diagnostic, réparation, réglages, essais de remise en service).\nDiagnostiquer les arrêts de production et identifier les causes de dysfonctionnement sur des installations multi-technologies, en proposant des solutions adaptées.\nEffectuer les contrôles, remplacements de pièces et interventions planifiées selon le programme de maintenance défini.\nAssurer les dépannages en cas d'arrêt machine ou ligne de production (démontage, remise en état, raccordements, réglages, interventions spécifiques).\nSaisir les Ordres de Travail (OT) et assurer la traçabilité des interventions dans la GMAO (SAP).\nParticiper à l'installation, la modification et l'amélioration des équipements en lien avec les impératifs de production et les évolutions réglementaires.\nAppliquer et faire respecter les règles HSE : consignations LOTO, permis spécifiques (hauteur, feu, espaces confinés), port des EPI, sécurisation des zones d'intervention.\nContribuer à l'amélioration continue en identifiant les écarts, en proposant des optimisations techniques et en participant à l'atteinte des objectifs HSE du site.\nVotre profil\nBTS Maintenance des Systèmes Automatisés, Maintenance des Équipements Industriels ou Baccalauréat Professionnel Maintenance, ou équivalents\nExpérience de 3 à 5 ans en maintenance industrielle sur site de production.\nSolides connaissances en mécanique, électricité, automatisme et pneumatique.\nCapacité à lire et interpréter des plans et schémas techniques.\nHabilitations électriques requises ; permis cariste apprécié.\nGoût prononcé pour le terrain et le travail en environnement industriel.\nRéactivité et respect des délais.\nSens des responsabilités et strict respect des consignes de sécurité.\nEsprit d'équipe et bonne communication.\nCe que nous offrons :\nRémunération : package salarial aligné sur l'expérience et les standards du marché\nSalaire de base entre 30 000 et 40 000 € bruts (13 mois).
