ポジション概要

Appierでは、パートタイムまたはインターンとしてITチームをサポートしていただける方を募集しています。

本ポジションでは、ITチームと協力しながら、IT運用に関する課題解決や日常的なIT業務のサポートをご担当いただきます。

SaaSプロダクト、デバイス管理、企業ネットワーク環境などに触れながら、チームと共に高品質なITサポートの提供に貢献していただきます。

業務内容（Responsibilities）

  • ベンダー（ISP、ネットワーク機器ベンダー、SI企業など）との要件確認および障害報告
  • 新入社員向けPCセットアップ（ソフトウェアのインストール、設定、初期化など）および返却PCのリセット対応
  • 情報資産管理
  • 社内イベント時の会議システム・会議デバイスのセットアップ
  • 社員からのPC関連問い合わせ対応
  • IT機器のトラブルシューティング
  • ITヘルプデスク業務のサポート

応募資格（Qualifications）

必須条件

  • 日本語および中国語（または英語）でのコミュニケーションが可能な方 ※中国語ができる方歓迎
  • IT運用に関する基本的な知識

職場環境

社内のメンバーは主に日本人ですが、一部外国籍社員へのサポート業務も発生します。

勤務条件

  • 雇用形態：パートタイム
  • 時給：〜3,000円程度（交通費込み）
  • 勤務開始日：2026年10月〜12月開始予定

勤務時間・勤務日

  • 勤務日数：週3日
  • 勤務曜日：水曜日・木曜日・金曜日（オンサイト勤務）
  • 勤務時間：10:00〜19:00の間で1日8時間程度
