The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced business environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare, record, and review daily journal entries in accordance with accounting standards.\nPrepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all account balances are accurately maintained.\nMonitor and reconcile customer and supplier accounts, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.\nPrepare periodic accounting and financial reports for management review.\nReview invoices, payments, and expenses to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.\nAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.\nFollow up on tax and Zakat filings and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and statutory requirements.\nUtilize accounting systems and ERP platforms to maintain financial records and generate management reports.\nMaintain organized accounting documentation and supporting records.\nSupport internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation.\nEnsure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nAccuracy of accounting records and journal entries.\nTimely completion of monthly closing activities.\nAccuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.\nReconciliation completion rate and discrepancy resolution.\nAccounts receivable collection performance.\nAccounts payable processing efficiency.\nCompliance with tax, Zakat, and regulatory requirements.\nAudit findings and corrective action implementation.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n2-3 years of experience in general accounting or finance functions.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.\nExperience with accounting software and ERP systems.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nUnderstanding of tax and Zakat regulations in Saudi Arabia.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.\nPreferred Profile\nProfessional accounting certification is an advantage (SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, etc.).\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and priorities.\nProactive, organized, and results-oriented.\nLanguage Requirements\nArabic\nEnglish\nPosition Expectations\nThis role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of the company's financial records and supporting effective financial decision-making.
