path activities.\n\nMonitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.\n\nConduct schedule analysis, delay assessments, and recovery planning.\n\nCoordinate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.\n\nIdentify schedule risks and recommend mitigation measures.\n\nTrack resource allocation, productivity, and project performance indicators.\n\nSupport project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.\n\nPrepare management dashboards and presentations on project status.\n\nEnsure compliance with project planning standards, procedures, and contractual requirements.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree (BSc, BEng, BA) or equivalent preferred.\n\nMinimum 15 years of overall experience in project planning and scheduling.\n\nAt least 7 years of experience in a Senior Planning Engineer or similar role.\n\nStrong knowledge of project planning methodologies and project controls.\n\nProficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and related planning software.\n\nExperience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, aviation, or industrial projects is preferred.\n\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to work in fast-paced and multidisciplinary project environments.\n\nPreferred Skills\nPrimavera P6 Certification.\n\nExperience in Earned Value Management (EVM).\n\nStrong understanding of risk management and project controls.\n\nAdvanced reporting and scheduling
