To ensure all the production team are aware of optimum material consumption without over usage & to control the scrap generation at various machines\nEnsure timely procurement of new tooling, production consumables, personnel protective equipment, measuring instruments, stationery items pertaining to production department & verifying its condition from time to time.\nReview raw material & packaging material stock time to time & give feedback to supply chain & logistics department for procurement \nAssist plant manager as & when required.\nEnsure entire production team follow all environment rules, regulations & guidelines.\nEnsure entire production team follow safety rules, regulations & guidelines. To ensure the segregation of hazardous & nonhazardous materials are properly separated by using the scrap & disposal bins.\nCoordinate with environment & safety officer for analyzing the incidents, near miss in order to execute corrective & preventive actions.\nEnsure all the measuring instruments are properly calibrated.\nMotivate production team for good housekeeping on machines & to follow up the same.\nEnsure production process are executed at various machines as per quality system.
