(learn more at www.pplfirst.com).\nJob Summary\nThe Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Transformation plans, establishes, and manages technical projects to delivery while serving as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. The PM also aligns projects with needs and requirements, constructs detailed project plans, achieves milestones, and communicates project progress across the stakeholder audience. ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, CRMs (i.e. MS Dynamics Contact Center, Salesforce) or comparable multi-application integration environment.\nDemonstrated ownership of one or more complete ERP implementation phases - requirements and fit-gap analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and post go-live stabilization - on a program of comparable scale and complexity.\nWorking knowledge of core ERP process domains (finance, HCM/payroll, procurement, or case and service management) sufficient to translate business requirements into configuration and integration decisions and to challenge vendor recommendations.\nExperience planning and executing ERP data migration and integration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and interface design across multiple source systems.\nExperience managing enterprise software vendors and systems integrators, including statement-of-work scope, deliverable acceptance criteria, change-order control, and escalation.\nExperience leading organizational change management, end-user training, and adoption measurement for enterprise platform deployments affecting multiple business units.\nPreferred Attributes:\nStrong work ethic and collegial collaboration skills.\nWorking Conditions:\nOffice and Remote work.\nSupervisory Responsibility (If applicable):\nCompensation Range: $120,500 - $158,750\nThis role is eligible for a base salary within the posted range. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location.
