PCAs work both at the front desk/lobby and within the health center, ensuring compassionate, professional, and efficient care at every touchpoint.\nPCAs serve as a welcoming first point of contact for patients and provide essential clinical and administrative support under the supervision and delegation of licensed clinical staff.
