care.\nWhat You'll Do\nCareer Progression & Leveling\nPPLM supports professional growth through a structured RN career ladder (RN I-IV).\nAdvancement is based on:\nDemonstrated competency and consistent performance\nCompletion of required training and skills assessments\nProfessional development and continuing education\nLeadership, collaboration, and teamwork contributions\nBusiness needs and organizational priorities\nAdvancement is not automatic and requires approval from Human Resources and the Chief Medical Officer.\nKey Responsibilities\nRN I\nProvide recovery room care, including patient assessment, education, discharge, and follow-up support\nAdminister medications in accordance with provider orders and established protocols\nPerform venipuncture, point-of-care testing, and IV insertion/removal\nSupport family planning, medication abortion, STI services, and triage-related activities\nParticipate in after-hours RN on-call coverage (2-6 shifts per month)\nRN II (in addition to RN I duties)\nAssist with procedural care, including moderate sedation administration and patient monitoring\nPerform controlled substance counts in accordance with policy\nProvide patient education and counseling related to procedures and reproductive health services\nSupport centralized nursing services and patient follow-up activities\nRN III (in addition to RN I & II duties)\nReview patient records for medical eligibility and documentation accuracy\nCoordinate clinic workflow, patient flow, and emergency response activities\nSupport follow-up care management and care coordination\nTrain, mentor, and support nursing staff as needed\nRN IV (in addition to RN I-III duties)\nProvide scheduling and operational support to nursing leadership\nCentralized Services Nursing Track\nRN I\nTriage clinical questions, abnormal results, referrals, and prescription requests\nManage patient follow-up activities in accordance with established protocols\nParticipate in after-hours RN on-call coverage (2-6 shifts per month)\nRN II (in addition to RN I duties)\nManage patient follow-up reports and related workflows\nProvide in-clinic nursing support as needed\nRN III (in addition development\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred\nCurrent Massachusetts RN license required\nCPR certification required\nDemonstrated clinical experience in sexual and reproductive health\nExperience with health equity and public health initiatives preferred\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment\nPhysical requirements: standing 95% of the workday, lifting up to 30 lbs. unassisted, and ability to bend, reach, and stock supplies\nWhy
