# Regional Manager: Internal Distribution

Job Advert Summary The Internal Distribution team is looking for an individual to effectively lead, manage and motivate the Financial Advisors within their KwaZulu-Natal team to ensure performance targets are achieved in line with the Advice and Distribution Division's Strategy and in line with PPS values and culture. Internal Distribution will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to be part of the Financial Advisory dynamic management team. We are looking for an established individual with leadership experience who can operate within a dynamic, fast paced, performance driven environment. The scope of this role is to manage direct sales for PPS Internal Distribution. He/she is responsible for managing and training Financial Advisors and achieving sales targets for the team/branch. The Financial Advisors are long term insurance and investments focused and make referrals to the Short Term Insurance division including Health Professions Indemnity (HPI), in-house Fiduciary Services department and medical aid subsidiary Profmed.
