The successful candidate will partner with leaders and employees to identify development needs, deliver impactful learning and talent interventions, support performance and career development, and contribute to culture, change and organisational effectiveness initiatives. This role will suit someone who combines strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills with an analytical and practical approach to people development.\nMinimum Requirements\nIdeal experience:\n3 - 5 years relevant experience in talent development, learning, organisational development, performance development and/or change management.\nExperience within the financial services / asset management industry would be an advantage. \nIdeal qualifications:\nA relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.\nCompetencies & ideal personality attributes:\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills\nA practical understanding of learning, talent and organisational development\nAn understanding of performance development, coaching and assessment practices\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nThe ability to translate employee and business insights into practical interventions\nSound project coordination and organisational skills\nA collaborative, client-focused and solutions-oriented approach\nAn interest in employee experience, culture and organisational effectiveness\nStrong facilitation and presentation capability\nThe ability to work effectively in a changing and evolving business environment\nSystems knowledge:\nMS Office suite\nHR and / or Learning Management System experience\nPlease note:\nYou acknowledge that any information supplied to PPS is provided voluntarily and therefore constitutes unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the processing of such information by PPS. Employment Equity targets.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nPartner with the business to identify learning and development needs, conducting learning needs analyses and translating business and individual development requirements into appropriate learning plans and interventions.\nDesign, coordinate and facilitate learning and development initiatives, including behavioural programmes, using appropriate internal and external learning methodologies.\nSupport effective onboarding and employee development, ensuring employees have access to relevant learning experiences that strengthen capability, engagement and organisational readiness.\nMonitor critical and scarce skills requirements and emerging talent trends, supporting the development and implementation of interventions that build future capability and address priority skills needs.\nSupport talent reviews, talent mapping and career development, including career paths, development plans and interventions aimed at strengthening employee readiness and internal talent pipelines.\nUse psychometric assessments, coaching and development tools to support individual career development, team effectiveness and broader talent development initiatives.\nPartner with managers to improve team and workforce performance, identifying capability, performance, process and resourcing challenges and supporting practical interventions that enhance productivity and employee experience.\nSupport culture initiatives that promote an innovative, collaborative and client-centric culture, while providing guidance to leaders and employees on learning, talent and organisational development matters.\nSupport organisational change initiatives, helping employees prepare for business changes and contributing to the implementation, tracking and measurement of change management activities.\n Coordinate talent and organisational effectiveness projects and measure their impact, including analysing engagement and climate survey feedback, preparing reports and scorecards, and supporting initiatives that strengthen collaboration, employee development, mutuality and shared
