governance, security, and performance of Microsoft Power Platform environments supporting federal government programs.\nThe ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, governance mindset, and collaborative communication skills, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant Power Platform solutions.\nPower Platform Administration & Environment Management\nAdminister and manage environments using the Microsoft Power Platform Admin Center, including environments, licensing, and security configurations.\nCreate, monitor, and control the power platform environments, ensuring proper configuration, data policies, and lifecycle management.\nSupport and oversee Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that integrate with Dataverse to enable business processes and applications.\nImplement platform governance using tools such as the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit to manage resources, enforce standards, and support platform adoption.\nSecurity, Compliance & Governance\nDesign, configure, and manage Dataverse security roles to control user and team access.\nDefine and enforce granular access controls at the table, record, and column levels to protect sensitive data.\nDevelop and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to prevent unauthorized data sharing and integration with external services.\nConfigure and monitor auditing and logging, regularly reviewing audit logs to ensure compliance with organizational and federal requirements.\nData Management & Integration\nDesign and maintain robust Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules, and logic.\nPerform database maintenance activities including bulk data operations, performance optimization, and data retention policies.\nIntegrate Dataverse with external systems using connectors, dataflows, and APIs.\nManage data migrations, imports, and exports using tools such as Power Query.\nEnsure data integrity, quality, and governance, aligning with organizational and federal data-handling policies.\nCollaboration & Support\nTroubleshoot platform issues related to performance, security, integrations, and data access.\nPartner with developers, citizen developers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver aligned and scalable solutions.\nProvide technical guidance and best practices to support secure and effective platform usage.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Power Platform Architect:\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Power Platform\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the required level.\nStrong working knowledge of:Microsoft Power Platform Admin Center\nDataverse environment and data management\nPower Apps
