Working on a variable shift pattern as part of a team.\nKey Accountabilities\n1) Preparation and set-up of the packing system in line with standard instructions. Ensuring all packaging, equipment, labelling and raw materials are available for the specific planned product and tonnage.\n2) Working closely under the guidance of the Microniser Operator to meet set KPI’s\n3) Adherence to packing guidelines for sampling, pack presentation, labelling, weight control, addition of additives, reworking and adhering to good manufacturing practice.\n4) Active involvement complying with safety, environmental and Company standards, including auditing, reporting, team improvement activities and housekeeping in multiple areas.\n5) Communicate both verbally and in written format, in a timely fashion. Including completion of batch documentation, handover , assisting others to improve knowledge and understanding\n6) Cleandown of process equipment and packing areas, maintaining GMP standards.\nSpecial Features\nProcess Packers will carry out any task they have been deemed competent to do, provided that such activity can be completed safely.\nRelevant Industrial experience - mandatory\nManual Handling skills (formal training - preferable)\nExperience of 24 hour continuous shift working - preferable\nUnits and elements of CIA Process Plant Operations or NVQ level 1 - desirable\nCurrent FLT - powered hand truck license - desirable\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nEHS Responsibilities\nCommunicates, promotes and personally demonstrates Safety/Health (including PQP Principles) as #1 priority\nParticipation in risk assessment audits as applicable\nUnderstand PQ Principles (PQP) and how they are implemented in the site organization, rules and procedures\nCompletes HSE training requirements identified for the job in a timely manner\nPQ is an equal opportunity employer.
