ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Content Writer to join our marketing team in Gurgaon, India. You will translate complex product capabilities, analytics concepts, and industry trends into clear, engaging content that helps dental practices make better decisions. This is a hands-on writing role for someone who is equally comfortable explaining a feature, shaping a blog post around SEO intent, and reading the numbers to understand what content is actually working.
You will own a range of formats end-to-end, from research and outline through final copy, working closely with product, design, and campaign teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality content across formats, including blog posts, product and feature explainers, help documentation, landing pages, email, and social copy.
- Turn technical and analytics-heavy subject matter, such as reporting, attribution, and AI-driven tools, into content that is accurate, accessible, and genuinely useful to a non-technical audience.
- Research topics thoroughly and develop a strong point of view grounded in the dental and healthcare technology space.
- Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, and structure, so content is discoverable and ranks well.
- Use analytics to measure content performance, read the numbers, and refine topics, formats, and copy based on what the data shows.
- Handle the operational side of publishing, including uploading and formatting content in the CMS, adding metadata, tags, images, and links, scheduling posts, and keeping the content calendar and trackers up to date.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice that is concise, benefit-led, warm, and professional across every channel.
- Collaborate with product, design, and campaign teams to keep content aligned with launches, features, and marketing goals.
- Own the quality bar by self-editing, fact-checking, and proofreading so published work is clean and credible.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years of professional content writing experience, ideally including technical, SaaS, or B2B subject matter.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong command of grammar, structure, clarity, and tone.
- The ability to understand technical concepts quickly and explain them simply and accurately.
- Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization.
- Comfort with content analytics, and the ability to read performance numbers and act on them.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple pieces at once and deliver reliably against deadlines.
NICE TO HAVE
- Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization.
- The ability to read content analytics and refine topics, formats, and copy based on performance numbers.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and common SEO platforms.
- Exposure to AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) or writing content optimized for AI-driven search.
- Hands-on experience with a CMS, along with light formatting or HTML.
- Experience in technical writing for healthcare, dental, fintech, or analytics-driven products.
